The Columbus, IN Philharmonic will perform a Reformation Concert on Saturday, October 28 at 7:30 pm at Columbus North High School auditorium and again at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 29.
The first half of the concert will include choral music including “A Mighty Fortress” and the second part of the concert will be the symphony’s performance of Mendelssohn’s “The Reformation."
A special “Lutheran Rate” for Sunday’s performance is $20 for adults (normally $40) and $5 for students
This discounted rate is available through October 10. To purchase tickets for the Saturday or Sunday performance call the Philharmonic office at 812 376 2638
Traveling Lutherans and Friends are going to Versailles, IN to tour the Tyson Temple United Methodist Church (The Church Without Nails) 324 W. Tyson St., Versailles on Thursday, October 19.
This is a very unique and interesting building on the National Historic Site list.
We will eat at Crossroads Restaurant in Versailles

Ahoy Matey! The Drama and Music Departments at Trinity Lutheran High School invite you to attend Trinity’s fall musical, "Pirates of Penzance".
This year’s production is full of comedic songs, rambunctious dances, and energetic fight scenes
Join us on November 2, 3, 4, and 5 at 7 P.M. or on Sunday at 3:00 in the Commons.
We hope you’re ready for a fun night! Tickets are $10 each!
Nerf Night gives students between grades 5 and 8 the chance to bring out their Nerf collection to play games like capture the flag, king or the hill, and free for all. The Fun begins at 3 pm on November 12th and will continue until 7.
Tickets are on sale now at the Trinity school Office for $25 and will be $30 at the door on the night of the 12th
Robotics will provide Darts, Loaner Blasters for participants without them, pizza and refreshments.

The quarterly congregational meeting will be held on November 5th after service
The agenda items include voting on the 2018 budget and the 2018 slate of council positions

The goal is to build clarity and consensus through a fun, positive process that involves the church’s ministry.
This takes three meetings, spread over two days. Each meeting lasts about 3 hours, with a 2 hour break between meetings. The times of the meetings will be announced in upcoming communications.
Everyone from the church is invited to the first two meetings. The third meeting is for staff and design team.
